It's not easy getting a dog to look as if he is going about his normal daily life while performing trained behaviors for a camera. My goal in movie-making is for my dogs to look so natural "acting" that the viewer believes in the story being presented on-screen.
In this mini-movie, Sydney sees her brother Jyah blindfolded and bound and thinks that he has been kidnapped. Jyah is an extremely aware, sensible, and intuitive dog, and it did not take long to train him to wear a blindfold while doing actions that he's already done hundreds of times.
